Hey — looking into this now. Pulling traces for your project. While I do, can you confirm whether the agent is running behind a NAT with idle-timeout shorter than 120s? That matches the symptom.

Confirmed — the firewall has a 60s idle timeout. We thought our keepalive every 30s would cover it, but spans show otherwise.

Got it. Push agent v3.14.2 with --keepalive 25s and the reconnect storm should disappear. I'll keep this open until you confirm the next maintenance window holds clean.
